Over 100 Elders Celebrate at CCA Banquet

On June 3, 2025, the Colchester Chinese Association proudly hosted its annual Senior Banquet, welcoming over 100 elderly guests for an afternoon filled with warmth, laughter, and community spirit.

The event began at 1 PM, with the venue buzzing with cheerful greetings and smiling faces. Guests were treated to a delicious array of traditional dishes, served with care and hospitality that made everyone feel truly at home. The atmosphere was festive and heart-warming, a true celebration of respect and appreciation for our elders.

A lively lucky draw added excitement to the afternoon, with guests receiving symbolic gifts such as longevity noodles and rice dumplings—tokens of good fortune and blessings to take home. The gesture was warmly received, and many elders expressed heartfelt thanks for the thoughtful arrangements and joyful experience.
