慶 祝 中 秋 節
尊敬的會員：
2018年中秋慶祝活動定於9月25日下午5點至晚上8點30分在協會中心＂華人之家＂進行。安排如下。
活動項目：燈迷，CCA中文學校學生表演，卡拉0k，抽獎。
餐飲：自助晚餐。飲品由華人會提供，50便士一瓶（罐）
費用：會員8英鎊，非會員10英鎊。65歲或以上長者與1.4米以下兒童免費。(僅限會員及其家屬）。非會員的65歲或以上的長者，1.4米以下的兒童需付5英鎊。中文学校老師、助教以及学生免费。
凡參加活動人員，在入場時購入餐券，憑其到二樓用餐和領取月餅。
當天活動餐牌：
燒肉，燒鴨，菜心，蘿蔔牛腩 ，炆豬腩，豉油雞，椒鹽骨，咖哩雞，椒鹽豆腐，罗漢齋，冬菇鴨掌，糖醋排骨，古佬雞，春卷，虾多士，雞条，茄汁虾，香茅雞翼，蜜汁叉燒，
甜品：芝麻球，菊花茶，芒果西米露。
食物與奬品均由協會正副會長與委員贊助，特此嗚謝！

Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration 2018
Dear members,
We are pleased to inform you that we have organised a celebration for the coming Mid-Autumn Festival. The details are as follows:
Date & time: 25 September 2018; 5.00pm – 8.30pm.
Program: Lantern Riddles, Performance by Students of CCA Chinese School, Karaoke, Raffle
Fee:
Members: £8; free for elders of age 65 and over and children under 1.4M (restricted to members and their family only)
Non-members: £10; £5 for elders of age 65 and over and children under 1.4M
Complimentary meal vouchers will be issued to teachers, teaching assistants, administrative staff and students of CCA Chinese School.
On producing the voucher, participants are entitled to enjoy the buffet dinner on the 1st floor and receive a mooncake.
Buffet Dinner Menu: Roasted Pork and Duck, Choy Sum, Braised Beef Brisket with Mooli, Braised Pork Belly, Soy Sauce Chicken, Spare Ribs with Spicy Salt and Chilli, Chicken Curry, Spicy Salt and Chilli with Tofu, Stewed Mixed Vegetables, Braised Mushroom with Duck Web, Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs, Sweet and Sour Chicken in Batter, Spring Roll, Sesame Prawn on Toast, Fried King Prawns in Tomato Sauce, Chicken Cracker, Lemon Grass Chicken Wings, Honey-roasted Pork
Desserts: Glutinous Rice Sesame Balls, Chrysanthemum Tea, Mango Sago
Beverages are available at 50p per can/bottle.
